I bought mine at Sam's Club for something like $15 or so and they are pretty heavy duty thick rubber with grooves (channels), etc.

I can vouch for the quality and fit of their product. I bought a set for my Land Rover, and they fit like a glove. They were a bit more plush than OEM, but only a keen eye would notice the difference.
