Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.
Discussions that performed work without a confirmed outcome

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Leading evidence: 'Clean calipers' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, the most frequently mentioned possible cause is 'busiest stop sign in the little town' (1 discussions; 0 report identifying it and 1 suggest it). The most frequently discussed action is 'Clean bottles' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

All my cleaning stuff is scattered because my garage is a mess.

I got into a small shouting match with the painter, and then spent more time than I care to admit cleaning the thing off.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I'll go first. Was feeling pretty good by late yesterday. Gave the car a vacuum. Treated the leather. Pulled off the wheels and washed and waxed them. Bled the brakes while the tires were off. Cleaned the calipers. Had dusted the car in the morning but felt a good wipedown was in order. All my cleaning stuff is scattered because my garage is a mess. Recent move, endless yard work, blah, blah. Was collecting some cleaning bottles to take with this weekend and was kind of lost in thought. Well, I sprayed the whole car, section by section with what I thought was, or what I had planned to use, a carnuba spray. I even thought "this stuff is milkier than that acrylic spray, I really like it" Literally finished the car and looked at the bottle.... it was Aerospace 303. You know, the stuff for your dashboards!!! After a moment of horror I kind of thought it may have been a lucky find. I'm telling you, it did a wonderful job. Still a bit freaked out however, I then grabbed the real bottle of quick detail and went over the whole car again. Hey, at least I didn't use the brake fluid. I had my head so far up my tailpipe I am lucky I didn't detail with the Super Blue.
Well, I didn't do anything dumb yesterday, but did it a few weeks ago. I was going to remove the ugly sitickers from my sun visors. I had difficulty getting the right visor off, so I pulled a little harder. Well, the visor came loose suddenly and the force sent my hand into the visor clip. I pealed back a BIG chunk of skin next to the finger nail on the middle finger of my left hand. Mother @&^%$(*#!, did that hurt! I was really pissed off at myself for doing something so stupid (or stoopid, since that would appy here) because it could have been avoided!
Completely spaced a stop sign. I drive through it everyday, and have never so much as rolled it. Yesterday I drove through it as if it were not there. As soon as I got through it, the shock set in. At least there was a police officer there!
When I was putting on my new center console and carbon fiber e-brake the other day, I was loosening the bolts for the e-brake and after the first few came off, the cable was no longer actuated. Now my garage seems pretty flat, but apparently not perfectly so. As I was straining withe the last bolt, I noticed the car was rolling with the left rear fender (which had been just repainted due to a keying) headed straight for a concrete pillar.
I managed to stop it with inches to spare.
I parked on the side of the neighbor's house while it was being painted. Returned the car to find it covered in a fine mist of pink(!) overspray.
I got into a small shouting match with the painter, and then spent more time than I care to admit cleaning the thing off. Luckily, none of the house paint adhered to my car.
