Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I would hope that I could get at least $500 a wheel ($2k for the set) but is that a reasonable assumption?

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

10 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Generation: 20261026T172408Z · outcome-qualification-6. Deterministic extraction; no AI model inference. How we use sources

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

So I'm sending my left front wheel back tomorrow to get the center repainted due to the dealership banging it.... anyway, that's another story... So talking with Kinesis I was told that they are no longer making the Supercup line and that they would be willing to take my wheels in on trade for a newer wheel. I never asked for details, prices ,etc as I wasn't interested at the time. I told them no but the more I think about it, the more I'm toying with the idea of getting the K28r's. http://www.kinesismotorsport.com/K28R.htm# So what would my wheels be worth on the open market (eBay)? The wheels are less than 2 years old and are in very good shape. I would hope that I could get at least $500 a wheel ($2k for the set) but is that a reasonable assumption? Go here for pic's of my car with the Supercups... (white 996) http://www.kinesismotorsport.com/porsche3.htm

POST 2Original post

Doesn't surprise me. That wheel is a heavy one. The money is in strong an lightweight wheels. Chad

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I didn't know they were heavy. To be honest I don't know what they weigh??

POST 4Original post

The Kinesis Supercup in 18x8 weigh about 20 pounds.

POST 7 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

BTW Alan - Thanks for the great customer service! I appreciate everything you've done for me in getting my wheel issues resolved.

POST 8Original post

There was a group buy for pre-ordered Supercup IIs a few weeks ago.
