I did run into some of that, with them cancelling the first order since I was using different billing/shipping addresses (even though they allow this).

When I went to reorder using the same shipping/billing address, they charged my card immediately, and then emailed me telling me they needed a copy of my drivers license to verify.

Hi All, I posted a couple weeks ago asking if anyone had purchased the LN 2QT Kit from PartsGeek, because once you factored in the free shipping it was $131 cheaper than buying from LN. I took a chance and ordered from PartsGeek even though some of their customer service review were pretty bad. I did run into some of that, with them cancelling the first order since I was using different billing/shipping addresses (even though they allow this). When I went to reorder using the same shipping/billing address, they charged my card immediately, and then emailed me telling me they needed a copy of my drivers license to verify. I told them I wasn't going to give it to them, so they reversed the charges, so I went looking somewhere else. That's when I found it on https://www.autohausaz.com/ where it was $698 with free shipping., $207 cheaper than LN (after shipping). I placed the order with Arizona, and of course Parts Geek approved my order 5 minutes later, so now I have two kits sitting in my living (the parts geek one will be returned). What interesting is they were both shipped from the same place in Georgia, on the same day, but in different shaped boxes. The nice thing is that it has saved me enough money to just about cover the cost of the skid plate that I need to buy from LN. TL R Good priced LN 2QT Sumps Arizona has the better price at $698 shipped Parts Geek has it at $768 shipped, and their customer service is a bit wonky.
