Well, It's here and I plan on installing it after my oil change scheduled for this weekend - next is the PSE - just have to buy more gifts for the little women...

I had mine on, and my dealer actually helped me tighten the hose, because it was loose.

Bring it in for an oil change and then put the kit in. No hassles that way. and if you're really worried the kit is easy to remove and put back.

it'll only risk voiding your warranty if you have a problem in the engine that could in any way be attributed to the intake. i have one of the cone filter kits and i've had several warranty items fixed, including an RMS and a camshaft camshaft bearing last week, and i just left the cone filter on the engine, so they definitely knew it was there!

My dealer saw mine. I even asked if it would void any part of my warranty and he sdai no, but in the end it would be a Porsche call most likely. i just doubt my dealer would raise this as an issue with Porsche if anything went wrong.

I had mine on, and my dealer actually helped me tighten the hose, because it was loose. My dealer has seen my headers, exhaust, and airbox, and has actually helped me when the installation was not done properly from independent Porsche mechanic.
