I was driving down South Rice today and I noticed what I thought was a very nice Gray 993 coming towards me. When it went by I about rear ended the guy in front of me as it looked like a 996....then my brain told me I just saw a 997 sans camouflage. Interestingly from what I could see of the exhaust pipes in the rear view mirror they looked like the current pipes. Maybe I'm crazy, but I think I saw a 997 today.

I thought I saw one in Davie florida,,, 8am Griffin road..... round lights like 993, but 996 type body, loud round pipes,,, thought i was seeing things... still not sure...

never saw the plates on mine,, i was too busy trying to figure out if i was seeing things.... i should have turned around in chase... but i was on my way to work in the SUV and not in the mood... if it was a 997, didnt look that great... not a nice as a C4S which in my opinion is the best looking sub 100k car on the road.. anyway how could it be,, suburban florida 997 at 8am... i doubt it really was ps - the guy did have a turbin on and it was a "9-11" so maybe it was bin laden.. lol... if it was i would have made chase with my sig sauer

I thought I made the same sighting recently myself, but I did end up following for a bit and saw that it was just those painted headlight covers. Oh well...
