Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

There I was, happy with my PSE during a track day... on the way back, I clicked on the switch to turn it off, but the PSE only stayed on. after various checks, I finally took it to the dealer, that analised and showd me that the valve of one of the exhaust was damaged (Take a look on the picture) Anyon knows how I can fix this ? At the Porsche PET there's no replacement part for that! Thanks, Conrado

POST 2Original post

Hi. Something similar happened to someone on one of the UK boards. Dealer said it could not be fixed and he had to buy a whole new PSE!! In the end, I believe he managed to get one half of a used PSE to replace the broken one. Apparently the one he broke was made by Gillet and these are supposed to be less robust. When I had my PSE done i asked the dealership about this and they denied it-not surprising really I guess. I hope I'm wrong and you get it fixed.
