Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Here is a recap of my situation: https://rennlist.com/forums/showthre...hreadid=124797 I spoke to them today and they said that they were sending me a UPS return label for the return shipment. When I inquired about when the correct set will be sent, they "could not give me a date." I had spoken to Bilstein directly last week and they told me they had PSS9's for my car in stock but since I bought them from Perf. Prod., I had to deal with them. After prodding Perf. Prod. with more questions, I later learn that they will not ship the replacement set until they received the set I had. They wouldn't budge on this so I asked for a refund instead. Bummer, I was hoping to have the new suspenders for a track event at the end of the month. I emailed Gert to see if I could still get in on the group buy.

POST 2Original post

Slum over to the 993 board and PM ViperBob to see if he can get you a set. He works mostly on 993s but perhaps he has access to 996 parts as well...he is a Rennlist sponsor. Gert is a good guy but the strong Euro is working against you. Also, PSS9s sourced from Europe are considered grey market in the US and do not have a US warranty.

POST 3Original post

Zygmunt Motors (bimmerparts.com) is also good - You should be able to get them for $2100.

POST 5Original post

Sorry John D ...no offense intended as I have a couple of them myself

POST 6Original post

Hey David..... As you probably already know - I was just kidding with ya..!! Wait-a-minute.. Let me think.. I take that back... As penance - have any spare parts you can send me?? (Best to you - and just kidding about the parts - I need to fix what I have!! )
