Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Leading evidence: 'Use 4 of those' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Clean floor' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Well, we bought a new to us house earlier this month. It has a 2 car with an offset single. The garage was drywalled but that was it. Did a knock down texture, gloss white paint and I did the floors.
The floors cost less that $300 to do. The rest was $1300.
Here is the result of the one car side (the important Pcar holder).
The cost was $300 for the oversized 3 car. I didn't want to post a picture of the other side with boxes all over..... I installed all the cabinets there a few days ago and and am waiting on my work desk top to be delivered so I can install it. Damn boxes are all over the house. But the PCar has a nice living spot.
I got that at a garage sale years back for $25 bucks. You can't touch them for less than $250 now. I would like more signs but they are way expensive now
Looks great! I love the fact that the Porsche gets the tidy, nicely finished space and you and (presumably) the rest of the family are living will all the boxes and other clutter!

Construction of my Morton Buildings residential home began last week. The overall building is 30x78 and the garage being 30x30 with 12' ceilings and radiant heated concrete floors through out the entire home.
What product did you use to for your floors?
I'm very jealous - garage and car look great! I'm interested to hear your feedback on the lift. My wife and I are starting to poke around moving to the suburbs and I would love to get something with a low profile like that if it's a good product.
Sorry for the late reply. Was up late again.
The lift is a rotary low rise lift similar to this:

I got it a while back off craigs list. I have done so much with it that I will never sell it. My car is lowered and it fits perfectly over the top of it.
As to the floor. This is the second time I have done this process to a garage. The important thing is a very clean floor. I used degreasers and some wheel acid and concrete floor etching. I let the floor dry 24 hours. The paint I used was a oil based utility paint from Lowes:

It was $17 a gallon. My floor was thirsty and took almost the full 3 gallons. But this paint is tough and a fraction of those Epoxy kits you get. I used colored sprinkles to toss in the paint for looks and traction. Used 4 of those. Took a day and a half to dry. The two coats of clear. The last house had its floor down 5.5 years and was in great condition Some wear and tear but overall great condition.
The carpet I park the cars on is from Lowes and is an indoor/outdoor kind. It is cheap, looks good and is easy to power wash. Here is a link:

I bought 17ft lengths and it was plenty for my needs. Once worn out it is easy to replace.
And here are a few pic's
Well my other garage has had it down five and a half years and it's holding up just fine. I suspect they say that because unless you put the flakes in it it can get really slick.
You can't argue with real world experience. This is why we use these forums. There are less expensive options out there that work vs the ones we are marketed.
Thanks for sharing and nice car!
ESS, you are so right. These forums have been invaluable over the years. And like any surface unless its a professionally put down thick coating it will take its share of damage. For example when I moved the lift out, some of the places where the lift was on the floor needs touched up. Where the freezer was and we moved it back and forth several times there are some scratches but in the overall scheme of things it's in great shape. And definitely put the sprinkles in it or if you don't want to do that they have this sand that you can put in there and it gives it traction.
It is forest green metallic. It's the darkest of the bunch. The wing comes from Misha designs it is a great piece of work you should contact them about getting one if you want.
