Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

How do you remove the doorsills? I'm trying to install new stainless steel ones, but can't get the original ones off. I've tried dental floss but they won't budge. TIA

POST 2Original post

more mods, kirby? i think you need GT3 seats soon. PSS9 or motons as well. sport exhaust too

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hmmm Maybe after is get these ^$@&%$)%&@$ Doorsills off!

POST 4Original post

one of mine was cracked and the dealer replaced it. not sure how he got it off, but it looked like there was an adhesive residue around the area when i got the new one back. my guess is that its "glued" on there -- maybe the trick is to heat it up a bit? i'd be patient though and call the dealer for some advice before hacking away...

POST 5Original post

Kirby they are really easy to get off. It will take 15-30min to do this mod. Get a hair dryer and warm them up as you slide your fingers underneath to pull the up SLOWLY. They are held on with strips of 3M. You can remove this with some pure alcohol afterwards (I used a medi-wipe). Stick the new ones on with the centre marking (notch) in the right place. Stand back and enjoy!
