Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

For the 2002 MY it recommends things like tire PSI to 58 pounds and move the car every four weeks to avoid flat spots, change oil and filter and run the car for several minutes, battery out of car and stored on dry (not cement surface), clean exterior/interior/under carriage and chassis components.......

I have the battery maintainer on at all time during winter, has the car cover on, fill the car up with gas, pump the tire pressure up to 40 psi, but will still move the car once monthly to prevent flat spotting the tires.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I have a 2003 4S and would like advice regarding how best to store my car in the garage over the few months when there is snow. I will be driving my Suburban. Should I use a battery maintainer, car cover etc.
I have the battery maintainer on at all time during winter, has the car cover on, fill the car up with gas, pump the tire pressure up to 40 psi, but will still move the car once monthly to prevent flat spotting the tires. I'm not too worry about humidity as it is a clean indoor garage.
I am actually curious about the same storage point...do you need to actually drive the car at any interval or can it just be started every couple of weeks and driven out of the garage and back in?
You are better off not to start the car at all. Without driving it you cannot truly get it up to temp. All starting will do is build up moisture in the engine and exhaust. I've tried lots of stroage ideas, but now all I do is put the battery maintainer on it and cover it up and that's it.
As I said earlier, pump them up to close to their maximum allowable tire pressure, then move the car (manually) to a slightly different parking spot (either forward or backward) every 1-2 months to avoid the same footprint on the tires for the whole winter.
I usually store the Porsche for six months over the winter as I have a winter car to use.

Hi:
Max offered 24 kt advice! Good man,...
Add some Stabil to the gas tank and run the engine for a bit to circulate it. This prevents gasoline from turning to gum & varnish after a few months.
