I have noticed that if I clean the C4s and immediately put it back in the garage for the night, the brakes stick when I try to back out the next day.

They only stick for a second, but the noise is pretty nasty. Anybody know why this happens, and if it is potentially damaging, how can it be avoided? Thanks

whenever i wash my car and i get the rotors wet, they seem to oxidize leaving a thin layer or rust or rust looking substance. It is probably just that stuff getting rubbed off.

Make it a point to run the brake rotors and pads dry after each wash. It's always fun to find more reasons to drive the car, and it avoids that sticky snap and sandpaper/grinder sound.
