Goes on for about 8 or 9 miles, and we both have a gaggle of a time running the twisties.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

1 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

A lot of folks here always ask about PSE and whether it's worth the extra bucks. Here's another story to add to the fodder. I was out on Sunset Blvd near UCLA -- heading toward Santa Monica. I spy a red Maranello (don't know if it was a 550 or 575) cruising along the same street. For those unfamiliar with the road, it's a semi-twisty 2 lane road -- at midnight, it's eerily empty. Anyway, I am playing with him -- cat and mouse -- and when traffic was clear -- blasting it through 2nd and 3rd gears. We alternated turns on who'd be the cat. I'd lead, he'd follow, and vice-versa. Goes on for about 8 or 9 miles, and we both have a gaggle of a time running the twisties. Finally, we reached a red light where we both got a chance to line-up, and his first words were, "Your exhaust sounds great, what system do you have?" I told him it was a stock PSE. Anyways, we gave each other the thumbs up along with the usual "I like your car" bantering and went on our separate ways. I was stoked that a Ferrari driver complimented the PSE. Another testimonial from a satisfied PSE owner. Oh, I passed a beautiful yellow C4S -- near Brentwood, while running with the prancing horse. '03 996
