Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

i ordered a set from performance products but quickly returned them due to poor quality.

In two areas I used racers tape to secure the mesh rather than screws so that it would have a flush/tight look from the outside.

Once the paint is dry, install the mesh using a screw every 4-6".
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Sal,
What I recently did with my '01 996 Coupe was purchase the following: 1/4" galvanized metal mesh, some 3/4" long screws and some black spray paint.
Take your front nose off. It's easy, taking about 40 minutes. Clean out your radiators thoroughly. I took the black rubber radiator covers off to get at debris way back in the corner. Reinstall the rubber covers.
Cut the mesh with overlap so that the edges can be screwed into the plastic/rubber molding inside the nose. Don't screw right into the nose. Spray paint the mesh black (or leave it alone if you like the silver look). Once the paint is dry, install the mesh using a screw every 4-6".
In two areas I used racers tape to secure the mesh rather than screws so that it would have a flush/tight look from the outside. Reinstall nose. Looks awesome and keeps the junk out of the radiators.
Don from Cape Cod had some custom one's made at a great fabrication shop somewhere in the middle of the country.
They are by far the best one's I have seen, but I believe they cost $1000 or so.
