Depends on what you are looking for. If you are just dropping in a set of springs, almost anyone can do it. If you intend to autocross of track the car and need a custom alignment and want to balance the car a little you need to find a specialized shop. My recommendations would be to go to Silver Star in Roslyn and order the X73 suspension for your car and have them install it and align it. The X74 version in my car is amazing and very streetable. Only certain dealers have the comepencey to order and install it and get it right. And since its all Porsche parts, you even get a full warranty with it!
