Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hello, I recently saw an ad from Cargraphic that advertised a 996 brake cooling kit. I also spoke with a gentleman from FVD about one and he stated one was "in the works". Does anyone have information on a source for this. I tried to call Cargraphic about the one they have but got NO answer and the web site has no information and looks "cheezy", first impressions are everything so I am not in a hurry to get one from them.
Any information would be apprecaited.
Thank you.
IMO Cargraphic is a phenomenal company which until recently has had little to no US exposure. I agree, that their web site does need to be replaced. Try giving Herschel a call at Cargraphic USA (US division) at [phone removed]. <img src="graemlins/yltype.gif" border="0" alt="[typing]" />
Dennis,
I have had the Car Graphic brake cooling kit on my 996 for a couple of years. I had it professionally installed and the installers rigged up some additional fastners to the standard kit which prevents the cooling hose from binding as much as it did with just the stock kit.
The hose still binds some and you have to reduce your turning angles as a result. It's a pain for parking and so I wouldn't recommend it for a pure street car. If you are tracking the car a lot, it's worth the hassle to keep the brakes cool.
If you do it, get plenty of extra cooling hose. It will split and crack fairly quickly. I replace mine about twice a year.

Hey Sean, where is this headliner? I can't find it. Oh, I'm soooo desperate for this choice piece of automotive luxury (don't ask. It's an obsession).
Thanks,
why not contact that one porsche only junkyard I am sure they probably have one that is fine but you will undoubtably pay more:

well I got a quote for the gt3 rs ducts or something from rennsport and I won't mention the price but, I am sure the tech art or car graphic ones are just as good for a couple hundred bucks. Slowdrivingmike, what should I expect to pay, and you have the cargraphic kit right? did you research the tech art? Thanks again. Sean
