Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

 • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

This is my first attempt at an in-car video, first attempt at movie editing, first ever video upload. And, this was my first run ever at Watkins Glen to boot. So, be kind, guys. Sorry for the wind sound. Will get a mike and secure it to the back for engine sounds next time. Had to seriously degrade the quality to decrease the file size, but it's still a hefty size. You can either click the link directly and wait, or right click and "save target as...." for later viewing. Looked great to me! When are you getting back out?

POST 6Original post

Pretty cool but what is that weird ambient noise?

POST 7Original post

Good video! Were you on a warm up lap behind the old 911, I just wondered why it took so long to get a pass signal. Looks pretty cold up there!

It's not in the original video. Maybe it's how the video editing software interpreted some of the wind noise, or it a result from the decrease in file size. It should be better when I get a microphone in the engine bay.
quote:
Were you on a warm up lap behind the old 911, I just wondered why it took so long to get a pass signal. I guess he either thought he could do better with warmer tires, or he just wanted to see if he could get away completely. There are several clear and faster laps aftyer this in the original video, but I figured it was more interesting with a 911 turbo up front. And, yup, it was a miserable day, more wet than cold. This was the first run on a dry track after a wet morning.
