If still misfires at #2, then next steps will be a lot harder.....fuel injector and compression/leakdown test on #2.
Leading evidence: 'Test on #2' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Replace #2 coil and #3 coil' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 1 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. I swapped the #2 coil and #3 coil. Still getting misfires on cylinder #2.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I'm still getting a really rough idle and I expect that my #2 coil may be shot.
So I am diagnosing a P1314 OBDII error. As it points to a problem with a #2 cylinder misfire, I took off the heat shield covering the #2 coil and found something strange. In the below picture (sorry for it being so dark hard to get a phone in there), you can see a hose in the middle that has been crushed or crimped on the end but that is connected to nothing. It appears that an orange substance came out of the hose (or was put there by someone). The hose was kind of bonded to the #2 cylinder coil (I pulled on it and it came off) by the orange stuff.
Anyone have an idea of what this hose could be? I'm guessing it is some sort of vent hose. It goes straight up from the #2 coil and then is hidden. It doesn't seem like it would affect the #2 coil does it? The wire connector to the #2 coil is in great shape. It was "clicked" on and I removed it and clicked it back on the Coil. I'm still getting a really rough idle and I expect that my #2 coil may be shot.
Next step seems to be to swap #2 coil with another coil and see if the error code follows the coil or not...
The orange stuff is coolant. If the hose came off, you need to reattach it to the coolant tank at a nipple pointing down close to the base of the coolant cap.
See the nipple right below the left "MAX" mark?

Then you need to remove the spark plugs of#2 and #3 and inspect them and see if they look very different. Then swap them.
If still misfires at #2, then next steps will be a lot harder.....fuel injector and compression/leakdown test on #2.
