Would there be any known issues with using an 11" rear rim instead of the stock 10's?

However, there is a 10" Turbo Look II wheel available for your car if you'd like to use winter tires.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

It just occured to me that Porsche offers an optional wheel which comes with a 10" rear wheel. It is option XRC and the wheel is called "Sport Techno." Do you think you have this wheel?

I have the Turbo style (not hollow) wheels. I'll double check but I think you're right with 11.

just some extra info. if you want to put winter tires on it, you will have to go to a 10 inch wheel, as that is the correct wheel size for the 265 width rear snow tires. i now have a tt and i had a 2001 c4, both of which do very well in the snow with winter tires. enjoy your car all year round.
I also have an 02 C4S...the wheels are indeed 11" with 295/30 tires.
Question for DocJackson (or anyone else): I plan to drive the C4S year round as well and was wondering what the deal is with the 10" wheel. Does it look the same as the 11" one? Thanks. Also, are you folks fans of the Dunlop WinterSport M2s?

viken is correct-the 10" wheel will look the same as your front stock wheel. you can get them from the dealer (which can take months, as they order them from germany) or you can get them from wheel enhancement [phone removed], who will ship them to you in a couple of days. the dunlops are good. i have them and they are recommended by porsche as a winter tire. they will mount to your new 10" wheel and your existing front wheel.
