Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I run the recomended pressure because I buzz my car up to 125mph alot, and hit the brakes hard.

Suggestion
I was running 32/36 and wasn't happy with the way my car was tracking every groove in the road.

does everyone here run 36psi/44psi (front/rear)on their 18" rims?

Suggestion
Most Americans on this forum seemed to feel that 36/44 is way too much pressure and use a variety of lower pressures on their cars - even on 18" wheels.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Same here (36/44) - on 18's, in the UK.
However, do a search - this topic has been done to death previously with very varied opinions.

I think those are too high (lengthy discussion in archives).
I run 36 rear 32 front. For my driving style this gives the best handling characteristics.
hmm. I havne't messed with the rear pressure but with my alignment dropping even a couple of pounds off the front make it handle terrible. I am runnying -.5f -1.4r though. What pressures would you suggest for f and rear loren? more in front less rear? thanks.
I'm running 36psi front & 44psi rear 18" wheels
I run the recomended pressure because I buzz my car up to 125mph alot, and hit the brakes hard.
I hit 100mph in third on freeway onramps then let off and merge onto the freeway at 70mph
my car has brand new Continentals so I think I'm being safe...
I also do not care for the steering feel or tracking much below 35psi in front on 18" and RoW M030, and I set it there. I run "only" 40.5 psi rear, riding-on-rails-I-am-Nuvolari starts at about 40psi rear on my car, below that is noticeably sloppy on tight corners.
Only had mine a couple of weeks and it was delivered with 40 PSI all round on 17's. The sticker under the hood says 36 PSI but I prefer a firmer ride so 40 seemed reasonable so I left them at 40. It drives great but I'm new so what the heck do I know. Sounds like most prefer a few pounds more in the rear than the front so I just zoomed to the garage and dropped the fronts to 36 and will see how that is tomorrow.

I run at 44 for rears and 36 for fronts on 18". I can recall reading low pressure blowouts on the net. Has no one had any experiance of this - or was I imaging it ? I also know of a C4 owner who had a rear blow out due to low pressure.
