Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

G - I've got a couple of Fender gig bags, but I use the Rover for hauling stuff when need be.

I also play (although not enough anymore due to having a child)and will admit that my tastes run towards serious heavy metal.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

The new Christophorus has an article on Gibson guitars (notice how they mistake a 996 cab for a boxster in the first pic). I did a little playing around to show how a the lines of a guitar mimic those of our P-cars.

I got excited, I thought you guys were posting pics of your Porsches and guitars...I figured I would. My 996 isn't in the pic but here goes....

Missing from the pic is a special ordered PRS Hollowbody II and an ex-Eddie VanHalen owned Peavey Wolfgang with his signature "candystripe" paint job(on the wall of my office).
Renato,
Nice!
I have first Stevie Vai Ibanez (JEM) that came to Finland (in pink color).
On my yonger days, I sold Fender Tele (with that pink hippie color scheme, what the hel1 it is called? I can't remember now...) in order to get a dirt bike, I knew I would regret selling it & I was right...
Funny, I could have almost posted the same pic - '03 C2 cab - lapis/natural brown leather with Gibson ES335 DOT in Translucent Brown. I also have a Gibson Limited Edition Steve Howe ES-175.
Rob, I assume you don't put your hard case in the cab - if not, what gig bag do you use?
Opened up for B.B. many moons ago in Minneapolis.
Dr. G - I've got a couple of Fender gig bags, but I use the Rover for hauling stuff when need be. I would think the rough texture of the gig bags would rub on the leather in the P-car. I'd put a blanket or something in between.
Here's a pic of a few others in the collection.

From left to right, '67 Mustang, Takamine classical w/electronics, Musicman Fretless, 70's P-Bass, PRS Flametop, '50's Epiphone upright, Rickenbacker 12 string - Roger McQuinn Limited Edition, Taylor 412, '69 (reissue) Jazz bass, Yamaha APX-20, and the ES-335 '82 reissue.
Actually, I've never thought of taking pictures of my guitars and cars, but that could be kinda fun. I also play (although not enough anymore due to having a child)and will admit that my tastes run towards serious heavy metal. My pride and joy is a pre-buyout USA-made Dean ML Standard signed by Dimebag himself (of Pantera fame). I used to go see those guys when they played The Basement in Dallas (Greenville Avenue) and were totally unknown. Metal Rules!!!

I too am a metal guy at heart. Hence the BC RIch shred-mobile.
I need to hunt down better pics, as these are poor quality, and lacking in Porsche. However, here are my other toys.
