Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

As I was getting ready to leave to Barber for the DE tomorrow in AL, I removed my GT3 wheels and stocks pads, replaced the pads with RS4-4 and then noticed that my DE wheels (OZ 3 piece) did not fit the front of the car anymore.
Leading evidence: 'Replace pads' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Suggestion
If you adjust the 8mm offst more to the outside, you should end up with 2mm of extra space you didn't have before.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

As I was getting ready to leave to Barber for the DE tomorrow in AL, I removed my GT3 wheels and stocks pads, replaced the pads with RS4-4 and then noticed that my DE wheels (OZ 3 piece) did not fit the front of the car anymore. The wheels are 8" wide and have an off-set of 44mm (VS 52mm stock) and they don't clear the PSS9 assembly... Amazing what 8mm will do as a difference. These wheels looked great on the car when I had H&R spings on it! Anyway, now I am running on street tires tomorrow. Anyone want to trade a set of factory 18s for a perfect set of OZ 3 pieces? 8x18 44 and 9.5x18 65...

If anything, the 8 mm difference is more to the outside of the car. How does that affect the clearance with the shock/spring assembly?

It's the 12mm extra of the wheel width (8" VS 7.5"), not the offset that's the problem. I should have written 12mm

Somethings off here. According to my calculations, you should have about 2mm more room in the back of your wheel to clear the struts/springs. The extra wheel width of 12mm is equally divided 6mm on each side of the center. If you adjust the 8mm offst more to the outside, you should end up with 2mm of extra space you didn't have before. Did you add wider tires?
boostid is correct, you should 2 mm extra (minus what PSS-9 takes).
What are your camber etc, settings? Did you change the numbers after you had the suspension done?

On the "standard" suspension, you don't have the threaded body on which you have the adjustable ring and locking ring, these things protrude by about 4 to 6 mmm all around so +2 - 4to6 = -2 to -4 and I have a wheel that can't turn!!!!
