Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I found I have the same issue even after I installed my RoW M030 springs.
Leading evidence: 'Install row m030 springs' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Check any inconsistencies anywhere at all 4 corners, and hope' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. Check the front suspension, it could be cross-loading the car.

You should consider changing all the springs at the once, your handling will benefit..
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Just took a good look at my C4S in the garage and noticed visually that the left rear seems to sitting about a half inch lower than the right. Actually I measured it...it's a half I ch difference. Any ideas? Shock? Strut? I need to lower it anyway...just curious.
Well, when viewed from behind, the right side of the car is higher than the left. When I measure from floor to top of wheel well arch on both sides, I get about a .5 inch difference, and my garage is level. Handling doesn't feel any different though.
I have similar issue not quite as much but on my car it's the passenger rear and even after installing x74 and several full alignments everyone has an opinion but no one seems to have a real solution or way to reduce it. Car drives and tracks fine.
I found I have the same issue even after I installed my RoW M030 springs. The motor mounts could be bad but I don't think that would make a difference when I'm measuring the fender.
The worst part of it is that I wish the other three corners were also that much lower!
Jack the rear of the car up and see if the 0.5 inch fender gap difference remains. And like Capt. Obvious mentioned above, the front suspension could be affecting how the car sits in the rear.
Could be numerous things:
- sway bar preload
- worn/sagged rear subframe bushings
- LCA bushings binding/worn (where the LCA meets the rear subframe) ***if the LCA was ever removed and was re-tightened at full sag, this would be causing preload at that pivot point***
- spring caught in the perch somewhere
- front shock bodies clamped at different heights in the upright
Basically, just check for any inconsistencies anywhere at all 4 corners, and hope that the chassis isn't bent or damaged anywhere...
Good luck!
So, I was passing by the dealer and decided to drop in to confirm I wasn't crazy. The tech said I wasn't crazy and said the sag really was only on the back left corner. He surmised it was a sagging spring, although he'd never seen that before. My fix is going to be a set of H&R super sport springs. While they have the front right wheel off, a new bearing too.
Anyone with these springs already installed, I'm looking for about a 1.75-2" drop...should these do the trick? Although I'm not terribly concerned, how harsh is the ride?
Thanks for you input to those that have responded!
Nick
Oh yeah...if I wasn't clear, H&R Super Sports on all four corners!
One more thing to anyone tuning in! Tire Rack has the Sport springs but not the Super Sport springs...Anyone have info on a good place to find em!?
