I just had my B&M short Shifter installed this morning. I had an ear to ear grin all the way home. The shifter is really great. It truley feels like the car should have been made that way. Want to Thank everyone for their feedback. This is a great board.

I sure did. Spoke with Bobby and he gave it to me for $199. Great Price!!!! Arrived yesterday, had it installed today. You're really going to like it. The throws are actually shorther then I thought and you really know when it's in gear. I can't belive the diffence.

The more I drive with the B&M, the better it feels! It's a great bang for the buck mod, B&M and an exhaust are mandatory mods IMO.

I've on ly had it for a day but I think it will eliminate any concern you have about Detent. It's very precise. You actually feel it click into gear. The throw are also shorter then I imagined. Very confortable, and solid shifting feel.

Yes, the B&M is THAT good. The difference it makes is huge. Not long ago I rented a Ferrari 348 Targa with gated shifter. I would take the feel and shift of the B&M over the Ferrari shifter ANY DAY.

Mine's on the way. The install you can do yourself B&M (and Loren) says it takes an hour - I'm budgeting two or three.

My dealer charged me an hour of labor ($96). I got install quotes as high as $250.
