Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

What bolt in roll bar will work with BOSE sub box and allow seats to slide back? Looking at DAS as the front runner but the Bose compatibility is not clear.

POST 2Original post

Just remove the Bose box. A few torx bolts and unclip the wire harness. You'll save 13 pounds too. I don't think the bar will fit unless you remove the Bose box and cut the carpet above the rear shock towers.

POST 3Original post

The GMG and Agency Power cages are both Bose-compatible and allow the seats to slide back/recline. I know that because a friend has the GMG bar in his car, and I had the AP one in my C4S.

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

How do the two compare? I actually started looking at the RSS901 now as the front runner.

POST 5Original post

Aesthetically, I like the GMG cage better. It just has a more hardcore look to it. The Agency Power cage allows more seat adjustment, though. Also, the AP cage allows you to remove the harness bar, leaving just the hoop, so you have full use of the seats.
