Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

One, it's impossible to set the ride height higher than 1" lower than stock.

Any info from folks out here on what you use for street settings and what seems to work well at what track between sway bars adjust and shock clicks?
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Got the installation done yesterday. Haven't been able to really drive the car yet but it felt good. Couple of things I found out. One, it's impossible to set the ride height higher than 1" lower than stock. In other words, it's 1/4" higher than my H&R springs on standard shocks set-up. Two, it's impossible to corner balance the car with driver weight in closer than 35lbs or so from diagonal to diagonal. It was possible to match the 2 front weights perfectly though. Three, the car doesn't feel very different, except on speed bumps and crappy roads where the ride is actually more compliant than before - surprise for me!
Four, the adjusting of the shocks requires a little bit of work at the rear, you need to remove the rear "carpet" to have access to the little screws. Your can really feel the clicks when you turn which is pretty nice.
I haven't felt the influence of the GT3 bars yet but of course I don't expect that on the street now. First track day in 2 week ends at Barber Motorsport. BTW, the mechanic told me that it was less difficult to install PSS9 on a 996 than a 993, especially in the rear.

JM, you didn't post year of your car, is it a RWD? i am desperately looking for info to do PSS9 on C4S. i heard that one needs some special drop link for front. also, you are running just the PSS9 and GT3 bars or do you have monoball and camber plates. either way, how much neg camber can you get front/rear?

It does require special drop links for the front to mount the GT3 bars. I did not want the monobal or camber plates as it's a street car and I want it to stay that way. Camber limit is unknown to me (again street car). Right now I'm running about -1.5 at the front. I use to have -2.0 on my H&R suspension and tires would not last more than 5000 miles of "normal driving" i.e. not aggressive at all on the street.
thanks JM. i think 1.5 all around should be plenty aggressive for me. let see if i can even make my tires last 10k. perhaps i have to flip them on the rims to make it last.

Your going to like the Barber Motorsports track, not extremely fast (107) but lots of technical turns. Just did PDE there and on their site is a track lap video

I am close to ordering my PSS9 system and have been quoted aprx $3700 for the entire project, incl all balancing and alignments and subsequent changes post-driving. This seems reasonable for a quality shop based on what I have read. Thoughts? I decided against the ROWM030 kit since it was not adjustable and I heard several reports of early blown shocks.
