I know there are a few around Syracuse & Rochester--does anyone have user comments --good or bad ? prices ?
Wish there were some south around the Pa border like near Binghamton or thereabouts.
Also, will a C4 require more labor cost than a C2 ?

I do not think there is a huge time difference between C2 and C4 as the drive shaft is pretty easy to move out of the way. When I had mine done total cost was around $2500

I just recently purchased an 03 996 and shortly after purchase had the IMS & RMS replaced. Total cost for me was $2,100 with nice fresh Motul synthetic as well.
I went to the LN Engineering website and found the closest "Preferred Installer" in my area. Completely satisfied.
My recommendation would be to use a "Preferred Installer" shop as they typically have done many of the IMS retrofits and have a ton of experience.

I drove down to Long Island and went to Bill Rudtner's shop, South Shore Performance. He was highly recommended to me and I can tell you the man and his crew are top notch.
The shop is very well run and these guys take their work seriously. Very professional and confidence inspiring.
