Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Also can it be done with just replacing the rears because front doesn't have that bounciness and who sellss just the shocks itself(rears) if it is the shocks.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi there and good day to all!!! I like to ask the board here that I noticed that the rear seems to sag(wheel to flare) and seems to feel more bumpier then normal. I did push on the rear pillar and notice there's a bit of bounciness to it. Plus the clearance of the front from wheel to flare looks higher then before. Does it mean I need new shocks? Also can it be done with just replacing the rears because front doesn't have that bounciness and who sellss just the shocks itself(rears) if it is the shocks. That's what I get when dealing with streets of San Francisco and potholes with aplomb : (. Regards. Mike

POST 2Original post

Mike, normally shocks have no bearing on the ride height at all, although gas-charged shocks can, so hmmm. You have checked that all mountings are sound back there? If rear is actually riding lower that would transfer some load off the fronts. Got any fuel in it?
