Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

On the driver's side you can see in the pictures below that there is a part of the cabriolet top that is "untucked" in the closed position. Any idea how to fix this? The top opens and closes normally.

POST 2Original post

I repaired one of mine with Velcro affixed to one of the frame members. Take a look and you will figure it out. But the heavy duty self adhesive stuff to affix to the frame. I even wrapped with some small black sip ties in case the glue fails with the heat.

Thanks jvex. I was wondering about the hard plastic piece in the red circle - looks like it should slot in somewhere.

use zip ties to attach the Velcro to the Frame. The plastic piece should tuck right back into place.

It looks like you are missing the black plastic windstop receptacle rosette on the side of the back seat area. I think the part numbers are 996 561 127 00 (left) or 128 00 (right) if you need to order them.

Well spotted sir. I removed it because it was broken so yes I do need a new one. Thanks for the part numbers!
