Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.

Leading evidence: 'camera, some weird acoustics, or' (1 discussions report identifying this cause; no attributable repair resolution). Across 1 matching discussions, the most frequently mentioned possible cause is 'camera, some weird acoustics, or' (1 discussions; 1 report identifying it and 0 suggest it). The most frequently discussed action is 'Check engine' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

Another weird case of hot starting problem was the engine is so hot the starter actually bind.

Next time turn the key to the last position before crank and wait a few seconds then check the voltage.

never happened to me before or since, but I'll have to check the Y Cable when I get home....
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Looks like a weak battery to me. The charging voltage looks low too. How old is your battery? Your battery only has 10v even before the cranking started.
^^ What he said.
Once it cranks, does it sound normal? Sounded like something weird right after it caught, but I couldn't tell whether it was the camera, some weird acoustics, or ... .
yea once it cranks and the engine is on, everything else is normal. I dont know how old the battery is, whoever installed it didnt punch the holes in or write the date on it. what should the battery voltage be at?
Going with battery also; but maybe the starter is going out? I forget what a bad starter sounds like though... Been too long.
Edit: I re read your post. Only on warm starts? No clue...
A car battery is nominally 12 volts. 12.6 volts is the normal voltage for a six-cell car battery. When the engine is running, the alternator should be producing (and your voltmeter indicating) between 13.8 and 14.2 volts.
^^^what he said
Next time turn the key to the last position before crank and wait a few seconds then check the voltage. It should read about 12v. If it reads 10v, your battery is bad.
Another weird case of hot starting problem was the engine is so hot the starter actually bind. That case was because of non working coolant fan '99 model. Your temp does not look that high so I doubt that's the cause.
Hot start problem can also be due to the corroded "y" starter/alternator cable.
I had a tough re-start the other day after driving for 20 minutes... tried to crank it, engine didn't catch... tried it again and caught right away... never happened to me before or since, but I'll have to check the Y Cable when I get home....
Just looked at the DIY to replace the cable... what a PIA! hope mine isn't corroded.
