I went to the dealership who told me it would take 10 hours, how is that possible? Also, what is everyone mean when they are talking about with or without the switch?

There are several ways to install the PSE. 1. Install just the mufflers. The valves default to open all the time and you hear that wonderful Porsche sound all the time. Installation about 2 hours. (My personal choice). 2. Install the mufflers and electronics that automatically quiet the exhaust between 30-45 MPH. This was orginally for noises laws in some countries in Europe. No switch - no control. Installation about 8-9 hours. 3. Install the mufflers, electronics and switch that allows you to control the automatic quiet mode of the exhaust (on or off). Dash mounted switch. Installation about 9-10 hours. Number 3 could also be wired so that the switch turns on and off (anytime not just 30-45 MPH) at demand.

It is so much for the full installation because most of the interior has to be removed and replaced. Must be pretty cool having the dash switch, though, anyone have it?
