Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.
Discussions that report identifying a cause
1
0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.

or just be a coincidence and some other problem is the culprit.
Leading evidence: 'culprit' (1 discussions report identifying this cause; no attributable repair resolution). Across 1 matching discussions, the most frequently mentioned possible cause is 'culprit' (1 discussions; 1 report identifying it and 0 suggest it). The most frequently discussed action is 'Check brake light' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

Suspected cause
If you have the same problem, it wasn't the fuse and is probably the wire connecting to the clip.

Suppose its possible removing and replacing the fuse could reset some module, maybe.?
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Does the motor sound like it's struggling? With the top down, remove the carpeting and access the top motor reservoir to see if it still has sufficient fluid. The hydraulic lines are known to leak over time and if the fluid is low, or a mechanism is broken off or unclipped, it can cause broader issues.
It could also be a loose wire connected the fuse clip. You'd have to pull out the fuse block to see. If you want to rule out the fuse, get a new one. If you have the same problem, it wasn't the fuse and is probably the wire connecting to the clip.
Never seen a fuse test good but be bad. If you have continuity its good.
That being said...
Have seen a visual fuse inspection look good but fuse was bad. Very rare...Looking at the fuse where filament connected to tangs there was a crack completely across, couldn't see this unless looking very carefully at the very base of filament. The usual burned/popped look was not there, the fuse suffered a mechanical failure not electrical...
Fuses are cheap, change it out to be sure. But think you'll find something else is the problem. Like emergency brake not always making good switch contact, or the engine hatch not closed completely or one of the many micro switches intermittently not reporting correctly. Suppose its possible removing and replacing the fuse could reset some module, maybe.? or just be a coincidence and some other problem is the culprit. PT3 could probably answer that question.
Sometimes when troubleshooting and having an intermittent fuse problem, instead of changing out numerous fuses every time 1 blows, I use this small circuit breaker. The spade terminals plug right into the fuse box. And there is no confusion when or 'if' it trips/blows. A push of the button resets it quick.. Cost under $5 for one on amazon. You can get varying amperage breakers...
^^^ Check the Brake Light on the dash illuminates when you pull up the Hand Brake every time .... An intermittent Hand Brake Switch means you will have intermittent Top Functions...
If the Hand Brake Switch is OK then you need a PIWIS to trouble-shoot the Convertible Top System....The Convertible Top Module... plus many Micro-Switches and Potentiometers will need to be tested which will be near impossible without the help of PIWIS...
