Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

The car has been driven regularly the last month, with no issues. It sat for about 5 days and when I started it up I got a check engine light (which happens because of the gas cap) Everything seemed to smooth out and when I went to back out it seemed like it had a wobble in the engine. I parked it and everything seemed to be normal until I put it gear and backed out of the garage. It just didn't feel right, so I parked and put the scanner on it and got the P0300 error. I pulled it back into the garage and shut it off No idea what happened nor how to proceed.

POST 2Original post

I threw that code while on a very spirited drive and in my case, new coil packs fixed the issue.

POST 3Original post

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Yes. They come with longer bolts that are necessary because the shape of the coils is different. You can use the old coil bolts to remount the heat shields.
