Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Looking for an enclosed trailer big enough for a 911 or Spec Maita to pull with my incoming Cayenne S. Any one have a Trailex or any other good aluminum (read light weight) enclosed trailer they're happy with??

POST 2Original post

My Dad had an enclosed trailer for his 2001 TT and just switched to an open one. I've had an open one (Cargo Pro) for a 2002 C2 and love it. I do, however, pull it with a Silverado 2WD and not a short wheel based vehicle.. My Cargo Pro has a solid floor. The Trailex has, for the most part, an open floor. The wheels start off at 13", I believe. You have the option of getting larger wheels but some of the others start of with a bigger wheel. I have had no road damage/contamination issues with the open trailer, plus the aerodynamics are better then an enclosed trailer. They do however decrease with a tire rack in the slipstream. The enclosed trailers have many advantages, but normally light weight is not one of them.
