($900-1000) Better off doing coilovers that can be adjusted ( ride height only on H&R) opposed to spending $ on M030 that only gives marginal performance upgrade with almost no lowering ability.
Leading evidence: 'Adjust ( ride height only' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Adjust "stiffness" based' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

Replaced the stock stereo with a double din Pioneer unit and it looks fantastic!

Suggestion
What I am hoping for with the PSS-10-s is being able to adjust the "stiffness" based on the driving activity.

Suggestion
The guys in the club with PSS-10's say its really easy to adjust the firmness setting.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I've been searching for a 911 for a while now and came across this beautiful 1999 with 79k in it. Previous owner put a huge amount of care and money into the car:
- Rebuilt tranny, new clutch
- RMS and LN Engineering IMS Bearing
- Full OEM Carbon Fiber Interior
- Litronics Xenon's and newer tails
- Red Seat Belts
- 18" MY02 Wheels
- B&M Short Shifter
- Fresh Paint including bumperettes!
The car is in like new condition, has no marks or flaws and still smells new! I'm absolutely thrilled with the car and look forward to owning it for many many years. I've been dreaming of a 911 since I was a kid!
Plan on doing a few small things to the car, M030 ROW suspension and upgrade the exhaust to the FisterD

That was my initial quest too (actually the color my wife wanted). But I could not find a GR 996 in the whole country that I liked three years ago. Plenty of black, blue, gray, and silver to choose from, but very few Guards Red. And none at that time that met the rest of my desired options, years, etc.
And then I found Orient Red!
You will not be disappointed with the Fisters. I put them on my dad's car(I have sport exhaust) and it sounds great. I would pay the extra money for the PSS-10's over the ROW M030 though. I put the M030 on my Boxster and was disappointed in the resulting ride height and ride characteristics. That doesn't necessarily translate to the 996, but I'll be putting PSS-10's on my 996 (in two weeks! Can't wait).
Congrats! Love the red too! (My Boxster is red!)
What exactly about the M030 did you not enjoy? I've read a bunch of reviews and they all sound very favorable especially compared to the stock suspension. Trying to lower the car a bit and get rid of the front end 'float'.
I would love the PSS-10s but they are triple the price and don't think I'd ever adjust them once dialed in.
The car looks immaculate, great colour combo!
As mentioned, MO30 suspension provides a very small conservative "drop" over the factory suspension if you are looking to clean up fender gap.
Handling in aggressive driving is awesome. Very tight, neutral feel. But if you get on any kind of rough surface (I'm talking during daily driving) the jarring impacts get really tiring. I was up in Cleveland a couple of weeks ago and it was just miserable (the roads really suck in Cleveland). That being said, Its not as harsh as my Mini!
What I am hoping for with the PSS-10-s is being able to adjust the "stiffness" based on the driving activity. As the 996 is now my DD, I want to be able to put it on the "soft" setting for normal driving, then crank it up to "firm" when driving aggressively. The guys in the club with PSS-10's say its really easy to adjust the firmness setting. I dont plan on changing the ride height once set. Plus I love the Euro-spec GT-3 ride height and you're not getting that with ROW M030's!
Thanks for the insight, I'm used to pretty stiff cars after driving many lowered VW and Audis over the years. I don't want anything too harsh obviously because mine is a daily as well.
I would love to go the coil route but good sets are pretty pricey and still don't include the larger sway bar. I will have to think about it if the M030 doesn't really drop the car at all.
Very nice!
Yup, Guards Red are the fastest!
You'll be able to offer proof in writing as to how fast you were clocked. They can be seen from a mile away.
My first 911 was Guards. Enjoy.
Welcome and great pictures of your newly acquired 911. The 5 spokes are my favorite factory wheel for a narrow body. Regarding suspension, look at the H&R line of coilovers they are half the price of the PSS10s. If you are committed to changing the suspension you will have installation, alignment and corner balancing which is an expense all on its own. ($900-1000) Better off doing coilovers that can be adjusted ( ride height only on H&R) opposed to spending $ on M030 that only gives marginal performance upgrade with almost no lowering ability. Maybe .5" drop.
Yah the H&Rs do seem like a much better value and are definitely a quality suspension. I plan on doing all the work myself including the alignment so that takes out any labor charges thankfully.
Did my first oil change yesterday and couldn't have been easier, that's quite a stream once you break the drain plug loose!
