I did not want to test drive one for the blood boil factor will kick in and brand new spanking machine in my garage.

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to say hi and thanks for all of your posts - a wealth of info, and it made waiting for my car a little easier.
I picked up my seal grey c2 coupe a few weeks ago (after months of waiting, like everyone else!) and nothing but smiles on my face ever since! This is now my daily driver, including a Toronto Chicago commute twice monthly. Ill take some pics on a nice sunny day.
Some observations:
Some people have a problem with the cupholders, but they really come in handy for long drives.
I just got an obdII - palm pilot monitor from <a href="http://www.auterraweb.com," target="_blank">www.auterraweb.com,</a> which shows a computer speed of 65mph when my speedo shows 70mph (gps also says 65mph). Dealership says that there is nothing wrong. I wonder if the speedo is adjustable? Ive ordered the set of repair manuals as well.
Does anyone have a source for the interior rocker switches?
As I bought one of the dealers pre ordered cars, I had no choice and now have the bose hi fi 6cd option with the technic package. I find the sound painful at times, way too much 1khz midrange. Ill check it out with a spectrum analyzer to confirm, but thinking of putting in an equalizer at least.
I get little attention when I drive, which I am very happy about, because Id rather drive fast than flashy.
Sorry to ramble on, but I just love this car! Its my first manual trans since my Datsun 240z many many years ago.

Hopefully they can recalibrate your speedometer because mine is exact with the digital readout. Congrats is in order-awesome piece of machinery. Congratulations on your new C2, I purchased the same car approximately 3 months ago. Just got back tonight from a 6 day 2100 mile round trip drive from Seattle to San Francisco and back. Did Hwy 101 on the way down and the car was wonderful in the curves! Once you get past the break in I'm sure you'll really love the car. By the way I posted a question regarding speedometer accuracy shortly after purchasing my car as well, mine reads about 3 to 4 miles per hour faster than actual speed. Thanks to all the responses on this board it seems to be normal for the speedometer to be off by the amount yours and mine is.
