Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Couple of questions:
1. Where's the best place to buy clear side markers?
2. What speed chip is the best and how much?
3. What car cover should I get? I have an aero kit.
Thanks in advance for the info.
More pics later....
Answers: (IMHO)
1. Suncoast (East coast) or Carlsen Porsche (West coast) (under $40)
2. Lots of debate on this...
How will you be driving the car and what other "tuning" do you plan on? headers? suspension changes? etc.
3. I personally like the Porsche factory car cover (I also have aerokit). Make sure you tell them year and aerokit when you order. Suncoast or Carlsen or Pelican Parts.
Enjoy!

Loren,
Thanks, I really appreciate the info. In regards to the speed chip, I don't think I will change much. The car has competition exhaust, traction control, and also sports chasis. So, given that what do u think about the chip? Is it even worth it? BTW, nice car! Are you in Los Angeles?
In my opinion the chip is not worth it. I have a buddy that did a chip exhaust and header mod and actually lost horsepower.
You need a really good shop for this type of mod and in MY OPINION results are mixed for the price you pay.
Spend the money lightening the car or improving the brakes.
Combined with a proper header I have heard of chips that can give a good HP boost (up to 19 HP) in a short range of RPM (usually 5000 - 6000 RPM). As grungyspeed said I'm not sure its worth it. If you want more info on a chip give Steve a call at Rennsport Systems [phone removed].
If it were my car I would lower the car to ROW specs. Then add wider wheels and tires. The impact of wider wheels and tires in an already great handling car is phenomenal.
Good Luck!

Hey all, I just started a forum topic the other day with pics of my car. Anyway, I am putting in the UNICHIP in my car along with Fabspeed exhaust, headers, cold air kit, and a BMC filter. The UNICHIP is used by THE RACER'S EDGE GT3R race cars and is fully programmable to each motor via a laptop. My tuning shop which in my opinion is excellent (Speedsport Tuning / Norwalk, CT) won't do the mods without a before and after chasis dyno runs (I will be present at both) so that each car has verified gains. I expect this work to be completed by the end of next week and will post pics of before and after dyno sheets to those who are interested. <img src="graemlins/jumper.gif" border="0" alt="[jumper]" />
