Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Anybody know where I can get back issues of the magazine Excellence? I am interested in the issue where it had the TechArt Turbo Cabriolet on the cover. I am particularly interested in their feature/test drive of the 2002 911 C4S. Or, if anybody has the issue, maybe you would be so kind as to scan/fax the C4S article to me?

POST 2Original post

I have that issue. I'll sell it to you for $82,0000 (about the price of a C4S that I spec'd out).

POST 3Original post

In a nutshell, they compared the C4S to the TT and not too much to the C2. I interpret the article as saying that for about $35k less, you get a car only seconds slower than than a turbo around the Zuffenhausen track the handling of the turbo with a modified suspension and lowered car bigger brakes, wider stance than a C2 arguably the best looking Porsche available today (their words) better engine for autocross or rapid accel/decel since no turbo lag suggestion of less rapid accleration compared to a C2 because of the front spoiler wind resistance (and perhaps weight) and noticed when accelerating from 75 mph to 125 mph a real set back unless you're on the track commented on great stability especially with cross winds Note they tested a European car and not a US car.

Thanks. I was going to send you a copy Glad to see you came to your senses.
