This is not a probability of success.

Suggestion

Since I avoided the sport seats in favor of the comfort package (very little track use, mostly highway and GT cruising) I can say that the inflatable lumbar provides me with excellent support in my lower back region.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

without it in a car that is incoming in a week instead of waiting? any comments appreciated. <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

POST 2Original post

I took delivery on a new 2002 C2 about two weeks ago. It came with the "comfort package" that has the inflatable lumbar support in both front seats. Since I avoided the sport seats in favor of the comfort package (very little track use, mostly highway and GT cruising) I can say that the inflatable lumbar provides me with excellent support in my lower back region. This is especially welcome during longer drives. Without question, I would highly recommend it for those drives who want comfort along with excellent seating support.

POST 3Original post

On my 02 C4S, I opted for the power lumbar support in lieu of the "no charge" sport seats option. I feel as though it is a very worthwile feature and it provides great support and adjustability. However, I don't know that a car available in a week that lacks this option would be a deal-breaker for me. I guess it depends on how long of a wait you are expecting for one with all the features you want, including the lumbar support.
