Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 2Original post

According to Chris Kramer (Chris from Germany) of the FunCarsOnline board... Yes, highly likely! FYI... There was a 993 version "CarreraS" Loren (99 996)

POST 3Original post

The last C2S came out the last year of 993production. In addition to the wide body the engine cover had vertical ridge down the middle as one subtle cue the car was not a C4S. There may have been other changes but I'm not sure. I think most dealers/salespersons will speculate "yes" on the C2S but that is exactly what it is: speculation. Porsche may or may not make it. I would hope they make a C2S -- unless I buy a C4S..he-he --and would guess (speculate) it would be the last year of production for the 996. And the last year is anybody's guess: 2004, 2005, 2006, etc.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
