I am from the 964 forum.
I worked for Roock Racing in 1997 as a part time mechanic in the FIA GT Championship on 3 Gt2 and 1 Gt1.
I saw a lot of good things of them, and for private Porsches they make a lot of nice and powerfull things.
Most tracktest with Porsche they come on the first place.
Ask for Michael Roock, he knows a lot.

Comparing this to a stock 996, there's not a whole lot of difference. I'll bet you'll spend a lot of money for minimal improvement. I wouldn't doubt that it would markedly improve the sound of the exhaust, maybe even improve induction howl.

I think he is in the Roock company for over 10 years now, so he knows a lot to.
He did back in 1997 the main work on the GT-1 drove by Dalmas and Kelleners. Nice car with the Wilkinson Protector sponsering on it.

The road goes down to traffic lights, straight thru and after a 500 meters is the Overfeldweg where they are.]

I did a Roock conversion on a 996TT. Had the car shipped to Georgia. They did a great job. I think there the only German tuner with a real US presence. I can always get them on the phone to ask questions. If you have questions email me.
