My pressure seemed to be reading a bit low. No more than 4 bars at start up with a cold engine and under .5 bar at operating temp in hot weather sitting in traffic. The low pressure light came on a few times times. I was panick-stricken at first, but my mechanic looked over the engine and said it seemed to be running perfectly. He changed the oil pressure sender and everything is fine now. About 5 bar at startup an higher oil pressure readings in general. Just wanted to post this because I saw a number of oil pressure threads this morning.

It must be common, mine had played up for a couple of years - sometimes even dropping to zero suddenly. Its an easy DIY change and relatively cheap - 10 minute job at most.
