Just arrived. Very substantial book. Appears to be very nicely done.

I just received an email from Amazon saying "Unfortunately, we are unable to ship the item(s) as soon as we expected and need to provide you with a new estimate of when the item(s) may be delivered..." So it went from arriving on 10/3 to expected sometime 10/23 or 12/24! :-(

Amazon has a bunch on the way to them right now. I think they were caught a bit by surprise on how many folks were going to jump on this book but the good news is they're estimating having the book back in stock on the 14th.
