To get the clear turn signals, you do need to replace the headlights.

Well, if you take of the headlight assembly, the "amber reflector" is removeable. It pops on and off. I can't imagine the whole thing would have to be replaced......I'll check the dealer. RVP

You can buy the triangles, but the turn signals will still be amber. To get the clear turn signals, you do need to replace the headlights.

ok go for it... the dealer will tell you the same thing.. you have to replace the entire headlight unit if you want clears... similar to the e39 5-series and how the entire headlight unit must be switched for clear corners.

suncoast sells the clear corners for like $25. This is just the corner that detaches the signal light is part of the headlight.

I bought a set of clear corners thinking I could replace the amber ones on my Boxster. i couldn't, but if car is equipped with headlight washers, I understand it can be done...minus the washers natually. If it will work and you can find out for sure....they are just taking up space and I will give them to you. Send a SES padded envelope with your address and I will put them in the mail. by the way, they are clear but a bit smoked. I bought them from a guy in Europe off Ebay...don't remember who
