Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

17 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I have a set of wheels from a previous Porsche I had, and I'm trying to identify them so I can sell them for the proper model 996. Can anyone help out? Here's a bunch of photos, and if you need any other numbers on them or measurements let me know. Thanks! It appears I had them on my 2002 C4 Cab at one point. Thanks for any help! Scott You should be able to see the album of pics here: https://picasaweb.google.com/1136539.../PorscheWheels

POST 2Original post

These are Sport Design (not Classic) wheels, 7.5 x 18 (ET50) and 10 x 18 (ET 65).

POST 5Original post

Sport Design, not Sport Classic. Also available in 8 x 18 for the fronts.

POST 6Original post

They are actually sport designs. You must be a Rennlist member to offer them for sale here.

POST 8 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks. So these are 7.5 or 8 x 18 (ET50) and 10 x 18 (ET 65) still? How can I tell if they are 7.5 or 8? Do I use a ruler or is there an imprint on them. Thanks, I'll become a member again if I list them to sell, I really just wanted to post here to identify them.

POST 9 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

As you can tell I'm not an expert on wheels.

POST 10 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

OK I'm a member again. If anyone knows the ~value of these would love to know. They're not perfect, a few nicks and things as you can see in the pics.

The width is stamped next to the valve stem as well as the offset.

POST 13Original post

I had a set of those on my 928. One of my favorite OEM wheels from Porsche

POST 15Original post

not sure if anyone said it yet. But they are sport designs. Just want to chime in as fast as possible cuz I know the answer to this one.

POST 16Original post

Hey Scott. Remember me from Funcarsonline? I still have the 2001 911 that I had when you had your 2000 911 cabriolet. Except now, I have almost 8k (not 80k) miles on it.

POST 17Original post

I love the look of sport designs in black. I may have to do that to mine...
