Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

35 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Generation: 20261026T174436Z · outcome-qualification-6. Deterministic extraction; no AI model inference. How we use sources

POST 5Original post

I'd be surprised if anyone was tracking this information especially since you don't need to own an 996 in order to participate on the boards. So, even if you could somehow tally the number of RL members who frequent or post on the 996 board, that wouldn't be an accurate accounting of the number of owners. -Eric P.S. x3

One of those, how many jelly beans are in the jar or grains of sand on all the beaches of the world question. (x4)

POST 9Original post

My favorite number! I think it's a small number. I've spoken to many people I've met driving pcars and when I mention RL, the have never heard of it.

POST 16Original post

Counting the op I believe I am number 14. So we now know for a 100% fact that there are at least 14.

POST 32Original post

Yes, but probably NO ONE has as many stickers in their left rear window as I do!

POST 33Original post

So, if we use the post from 2008: https://rennlist.com/forums/996-foru...ere-built.html And we use Marc's numbers: 676 We get approximately 676/112900, or approximately 6/10ths of one percent of all 996 owners have joined Rennlist. Wow! What an exclusive club!
