Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Generation: 20261027T031046Z · outcome-qualification-6. Deterministic extraction; no AI model inference. How we use sources

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I don't want to sound like an advertisement here, but I wanted to let you all know about a little known source for parts. I work for NAPA Auto Parts. We acquired a import only distributor a couple years back who distributes OEM branded and OEM manufactured parts. The exact same part that would be hung on your import nameplate from the factory. That being said we have numerous parts available for our cars in most cases and if they do not have it in the Distribution Center in your town they can get it within a couple days. Example: I needed to replace the pollen filter and air filter on my 99 996 and they had both in stock right here in our DC. Some examples of brands are: Mahle Mann Lemforder OCAP Brembo Zimmerman Aisin. I'll get off the soapbox now, but check it out. You would be surprised by it, if you don't already know. If you have experienced something negative please shoot me a PM and I will pass it on. Thanks

POST 2Original post

sadly around here they are full retail to the end users.. Might as well go to the dealer. Start passing us stuff at Jobber and we will be good!

Might be worth talking to the owner/manager who can make some decisions. He/she may just open up an account for you and discount the price. Thats what I do around here. I certainly wouldn't turn away the business. I am going to see what I can do on my end maybe I can set something up for Rennlist members. Hmmm now you have got me thinking!
