Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

10 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

https://rennlist.com/forums/attachme...1&d=1338501225 Finally a pic of my new 18" wheels and new Sumis III. More pics to follow.

POST 2Original post

Steve they look great, can you post a larger image?

Very nice. Your wheels are a very similar design to my 18" Carrera IV wheels. https://rennlist.com/forums/996-foru...ml#post9575240 I put BF Goodrich g-Force T/A KDW tires on mine. I really like the additional contact patch of the 18's; great stick on the curves. Gil

POST 6Original post

I like those a LOT... kinda like hollow fuchs. on my short list for sure. Did you need spacers?

POST 8Original post

Quotes source post: 9576734

Yes, like hollow fuchs was how I thought of the Carrera IV wheels; spirit of the vintage 911. They came off a 997.2 narrow body. No spacers needed front or rear on my 996. Fit great even with the steamroller 18x10.5 285/30's in the rear. Gil

POST 9 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks all, no spacers needed. I'm barely able to post a pic let alone post a larger one. My two sons love the new wheels and now say my 99 looks much more current.

POST 10Original post
