Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

The bolts on the muffler bracket are swaged into the bracket, they cannot be replaced unless you drill them out.
Leading evidence: 'Replace unless you drill them out' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Replace bolts' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

At the end I reused the actual clamp and a spacer from the factory setup and used various automotive grade plated hardware to get the right stack-up and make it work, the price for these addtional hardware was under $5 tax in, vs.

The exhaust tip clamps were a majore problem though for me as I took this opportunity to change to a quad-tip set up I bought a couple of months ago, the bolt that draws each clamp tight was rusted severly on both sides, I had to use every trick and tool in the book to get these to come off, penetrating oild, impact driver, breaker bar, torch, sledge hammer were all invovled.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I would like to replace my bolts that hold the muffler. The 3 bolts right by the spark plugs, does anyone have a link to buy stainless steel ones or even regular ones and what size they should be?
Also I need the 6 screws that hold the manifold. I think thats what its called the part above the spark plugs. that splits into 3 pipes and then becomes one.
What do you mean? The bolts and the screws are the same thing. You can remove one of the nut and take it to Home Depot hardware section to figure out what thread it is, but as I mentioned before, these bolts/screws are not removable as they are "pressed" into the muffler bracket plate, the only way you can remove these bolts is if you destructively drill them out, but I wouldn't know why you would want to do that.
There is really no need to change these, they are up high in the engine compartment so they are not exposed to moisture to suffer corrosion issues, the engine and exhause heat in that area also ensures any moisture is quickly dried out. I just did the spark plug and oil tube change for my 12 year old car and none of the 6 nuts gave me any troubles at all during removal of the mufflers, I put a dab of anti-seize compound in the thread when I re-installed them as a precaution, but I doubt there would be problem in the future even if I didn't put the anti-seize compound for these nuts.
The point is that there are no issues with the OEM hardware in this area, it makes no sense for you to try to solve a non-problem.
