Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Ideas, what am I looking for besides pulling the belt and checking its pulley?

Note ,,, don't use a "can" with a gauge to recharge,, it needs a real set put on it to get it right..
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Bled off a lb in to the can and it worked like a champ.
I felt it at idle when I started it up and switched the AC on, then turned off the AC since it was early in the day. I will play with it when I head back out later.

If the charge is starting to get low when bubbles go through the compressor it can shake..
Note ,,, don't use a "can" with a gauge to recharge,, it needs a real set put on it to get it right.. <--- Unsolicited opinion..
If you overcharge the system, it can basically hydrolock the pump, slip the belt smoke it so then it doesn't turn anything..
My BMW did it once,, after the compressor locked up, I pulled the wire on the compressor and went and got a set of guages,
cost me 80 ish bucks at harbor freight, I tested the gauges with a cal gauge at work.. The HF one was right on the money..
I was over full by like 1-2 lb per the car spec. Bled off a lb in to the can and it worked like a champ.
Good luck..
All seems well on the engine side. I really feel the vibration on the dash though and wonder if something is going on with a blower fan. (or what ever it is under the dash)?
I had a blower fan that started making weird noises. Pulled the fan and found a leaf stuck in it. I have no idea how that leaf got in there because the pollen filter was always in place. But it was there nonetheless. Cleaned everything up, put it back in and no more problems.
